The clubs registration form below serves many purposes, including:

  • Registering a New Club
  • Renewing an Existing Club
  • Booking an event/Requesting UPS Points
  • SIF Application
  • SIF Reimbursement
  • Submitting a list of people to receive UPS Points

  • Important Dates to Keep in Mind

    Fall Term Deadline (for Fall term events) to submit SIF application: Friday, September 29th 2017 at 5pm.
    Fall Term Deadline to submit expenses: Friday, January 12th, 2018 at 5pm.
    Winter Term Deadline to submit SIF Application: TBD
    Winter Term Deadline to submit expenses: Wednesday, April 25th, 2018 at 5 PM.
